I usually hate leaving bad reviews but this time I have to. Veronica put very heavy lashes on me without telling me, before my holiday. She said she did it because she wanted to give me a dramatic look for my holiday but I didn't ask for it. From there I had eye pain to the point of crying. I had to call her the next day. She made it so difficult to fix, even though my eye was in severe pain. I had to stay there until she offered a suitable solution. The lack or empathy and care was shocking.
