Had a disappointing experience in which the lady seemed to be sick (frequent coughing and sniffling), and would blow her nose and then not sanitize her hands before proceeding with the waxing-waxing intimate parts, mind you, which makes it extra unhygienic. She also was not cautious about the temperature of the wax nor how long it was on before pulling, which exacerbates an already painful experience. I will not be returning.
