- I was treated by an "intern" without being notified that this was the case. The main clinician didn't make an appearance at any point. The poor girl was extremely inexperienced and should not have been left alone.
- My face has been bruised (suction cups were used!) and I now have an eye infection;
- I could smell dinner being cooked + hear the owner's family watching football. There was no "serene" atmosphere in any way, shape or form.
