Hi! I had an appointment with Demy (apologies if I misspell the name), she was late, didn’t excuse herself, dragged my coat on the floor, was visibly in a rush, in the end of the appointment my lashes were not curled whatsoever, only tinted. Just straight as they were before! When I addressed this, Demy was defensive, made me pay for tinting. On a positive note I was offered Argentine oil crème for lashes. This would not solve the issue though as I was specifically waiting to make this appointment before Valentine’s Day and now stuck with straight tinted treated lashes that I cannot try another curling for another 2 months?! Demy’s attitude was very unpleasant. In the end she just switched to Dutch, I did not get a ‘goodbye’ from her either. It has been several years that I have been a client at nurian, but with such attitude I would never return
