Booked an appointment yesterday through Treatwell which stated was last minute and costs €34.20. In the conformation email I got it also said this price even though I clicked I wanted to pay in the salon. At the salon it costed me €38 though, the lady behind the counter said there’s nothing she could do, which left me feeling unsatisfied. This problem could be treatwell’s either way I suggest to fix this error. Anyway Isabella was great as always and has a calming energy!
