Normaal super blij met het resultaat, maar dit keer was ik niet echt tevreden. Niet de volle wenkbrauw die ik gewend ben, zaten wat gaten in de dekking van de verf. Zag er niet uit alsof ik net geweest was. Jammer, volgende keer beter!

Communication wasn't good. In the end my brows looked nice-ish however they are much too dark and I did ask several times for them not to be dark. I was assured that they'd be light brown and in the end they were more like black which doesn't suit my light hair. I was dismissed and told that it matched the darker bits of my hair but honestly this all should have been discussed before the appointment began. Bad communication. Probably won't be going back.
