Extremely professional and friendly staff. Very light, bright atmosphere, clean and tidy venue. I'm super happy with my eyebrows, I also received a mini eyebrows message. I left feeling great.

Every time there is a discussion about loyalty system. The owner should make clear rules for herself and others.
In the beginning I was refused to claim loyalty points because it seems was obligatory to bring that paper card every time I come. Next time I bring card but I’m told that I will not get stamp for second procedure just for one :) Next time I am told that the amount of one treatment is too low to get a stamp in the card. Loyalty system works one way, Nina’s way;)
