I was going to this salon for more than a year and was always very happy with results. However, the last two times my eyebrows were treated very asymmetrical. When I told this to Nina, she tried to fix it but at the same time clearly showed how pissed she was because of the criticism. The behavior towards me changed completely. She berely said ‘good bye’ on my way out. I found it very unprofessional. Finally, if I cannot express my opinion about the service I am provided with, I do not see mysef going back. Unfortunately :)
