Language was a barrier (I do not speak Dutch) and thus I waited about 20min from my appointment and she was going to put another person (walk-in!) in front of me until I protested and showed Treatwell booking pre-paid, and then she took me. Overall the manicure was lovely, but waiting extra when I had booked a slot was unpleasant.
