Very disappointing experience. The gel started coming off after only 4 days, with three nails already affected. We agreed on a day for her to fix, but she cancelled last minute. The alternative times didn’t work for me because of work and travel, and when I asked for a refund so I could have them fixed elsewhere, she refused. What disappointed me most was the lack of care in finding any reasonable solution. I felt that once the issue came up, there was very little effort to actually help.
