The haircut itself was quite nice, close to what I asked for. However, even though I had an appointment for 10:00, I didn’t get my haircut until 11:10. I had to wait over one hour, which I find unacceptable. Furthermore, no one acknowledged the fact that I was kept waiting for that long, which made it even more upsetting. A 15 minute delay is acceptable, but over one hour is far too much.
