Wat ik echt een punt vind is dat er niet gesproken wordt over extra kosten. Natuurlijk ben je er zelf bij maar ik betaalde het dubbele wat ik bedacht had. Bespreek met de klant dat een andere behandeling 230 euro kost ipv 89 ! Zo voorkom je verassingen!
