Sofia is such an attentive person who takes your needs into account. She explains the steps she is going to follow (although some steps are intuitive and she improvises) thoroughly and makes you feel safe. The location is very easy to reach (by bike or public transport). Sofia's gentle hands and voice made this experience very valuable. We did sound healing and reiki, a very fine combination for a journey inwards. Thank you <3

I had a wonderful first Reiki and sound healing session with Sofia. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed and informed before the session began. During the treatment, she created a calm and safe space and really took her time, allowing me to fully settle into the experience. Afterward she took time to listen and share helpful tips. I left feeling grounded and light. Her thoughtful follow-up showed great care, a truly nurturing experience.
