I went to Phann Beauty today and I felt as always very welcome. Vanessa is very nice, funny and relaxed woman. She is a real professional. The first time when I went to visit,I was very shy and nervous, however due to her bubbly personality and her kindness I feel so comfortable now. I am also no longer ashamed, so that means a lot. I am very gratefull. They take good care of me and make me feel amazing.

I always have such a great time with Kennysha. She is so fun, caring and sweet and somehow makes waxing not hurt! She is efficient and just an expert at what she does.. I literally cannot recoomend her enough!
