Originally booked for a waxing with Vanessa who called me to ask if it would be okay if Kennysha did the waxing instead. Kennysha was very friendly and considerate making sure everything was okay during the waxing. We also had a good chat which took my mind of the occasional painful moment! Overall excellent service and 48h later no redness or reaction! Good job Kennysha!
