As a customer, you do not need to hear from Vanessa that 'it has been a while' since your last appointment after she examines your body. It's not only unnecessary but also very rude. She lost me as a customer. I will not be coming back. I have never paid 58€ for a back waxing before. I don't mind the price but I do mind being treated the way I was.

The treatment was nice but after 20 mins for eyebrows they were a bit uneven and weren’t clean. I went home and finished them up because I didn’t want them to go even thinner with the wax
