I have been going to phann beauty regularly for over a year now. Alexandra (Sasha) who is the nail specialist has offered me the best experience every single time. And I have been every 3 weeks for a year. Never disappointed, always impressed, and always happy and feel great! Phann beauty is a special location too, in the heart of the city and the buzz and a beautiful view and relaxing interior.
