Vanessa is a very attentive and professional lady who know exactly what the client needs. During my brow lamination my skin got red, this happens very easily to me, Vanessa was very kind to cool down the area and wanted to make sure it didnt get worse the following day. We kept in touch and I notified her that the redness had gone down. Overall it was a perfect experience and my brows look great.

The treatment itself was great and I ended up asking for an extra treatment. The only issue I had was the quality of the nail polish, which started to get covered with tiny air bubbles and cracking on the second day (had to remove it).
