While entering the beauty salon I was immediately greeted with a smile and was offered something to drink. Vanessa was a little bit later than planned but she didn’t rush the appointment at all. She made sure I felt rlly comfortable (I was nervous because it was the first time I did waxing) and she explained everything well to me. The pedicure and wax treatment were done very professionally and I noticed Vanessa took great care in working clean & efficient. The appointment finished right on time
