too hard when cleaning my cuticles. 4 of 5 my right-fingers were hurts. my thumb was the worst. It's bleeding quite a lot. Of course, she was apologised. But I hope in the future it won't happen anymore. Other than that, she was very friendly and nice. atmosphere 100%.
