She told me many times that the time (20min) was not enough for making a nice shape (first time it happens,always take 10 min) and the thing is that she told me that she had to stop because the time was over and when i checked the time it was in 10min. Ridiculous. Waste of money. Bad service. Treatwell you should evaluate better because we lose money through you
