Peggy was very nice and sweet, the studio is clean and cozy but 3 of my fingers bled because of the cuticles cutting - and since I didn’t see her taking a sterilized cutter between me and the previous client the feeling I got was far from pleasant. I want to specify that I do not know if it really was a reused tool, but if it wasn’t I would show off more the opening of a sterilized new tools package for the customers’ peace of mind.
