My full appointment for gel manicure took exactly 17 min. It is true I was late 7 minutes and she had another appointment immediately after.
For me, it was the worst result I had so far. It can be that my expectations were too high as I got some very good experiences in the past with more professional looking outcome. It is true that normally the appointment lasted about 40 minutes and you clearly can't achieve the same results in 17 minutes.
