The worst experience I’ve ever had! I had an appointment with Elli but as soon as I entered the place I was informed that she wasn’t there so another lady would take over. The first young lady to greet me was very kind but I unfortunately was handed over to someone else, an older lady that was not happy with the fact she had to cover for her colleague.
