Op 14 oktober had ik een afspraak staan bij jullie om 18:30 uur. Omdat ik mijn pinpas was verloren wilde ik een nieuwe afspraak maken zodat ik vooruit kon betalen met mijn Creditcard. Ik heb een boeking gedaan om half 4, deze heb ik betaald met mijn creditcard en ik heb de salon op de hoogte gesteld waarom ik mijn afspraak "geannuleerd" had. Nu krijg ik mijn geld niet terug, omdat ik te laat heb geannuleerd!? Ben 2x 27,50 kwijt voor 1 behandeling. Treatwell stuurt me naar jullie. Niemand helpt?

Website was very confusing so I didn’t book the right type of appointment. Then it was impossible to reach the salon (I tried by email and phone over the course of 2 weeks leading up to the appointment). I ended up only being able to get polish because of the mix up and it was very overpriced
