I had an appointment for a pedicure (40min) at 3.15pm. My treatment started at 3.55pm and ended at 4.15pm. I paid for 40min, got 20min. If the result is fine, why not, but I just checked my feet and the result is far from ok. I would like to get half of my payment reimbursed as half of the job was done in half of the time.
