The only thing I’m actually happy about is the shade of red nail polish I chose.
Firstly, the service needs improvement. None of your stuff asked me to take my coat, I had to keep it with me the whole appointment on that very uncomfortable pedicure chair.
Secondly, the hygiene. The tools aren’t sterilised, maybe only disinfected with some spray at most. One of your stylist doesn’t wear gloves; I saw her cough straight in her hands, not washing nor disinfecting her hands and then touching another clients and most of the tool’s lying around salon. With such unsterile and unhygienic stuff and procedures I can only hope not to catch any hepatitis or other serious disease.
Thirdly, comfort for pedicure is nonexistent. The chair is too small and is moving all the time. Everytime my stylist was more rough on the movements, my chair was flying any way it wanted. It’s hard to lift comfortably leg for the stylist to take care of it.
After all of that, the callouses are still on my feet, one nail is oval, the other is square- that’s ridiculous.
I wish I could turn back time and never spend more than 120€ in your salon because simply you are not worth it.
