Richard was an extremely professional massage therapist that adapted his massage as he was learning about my complaints and state. I felt he was really focused on understanding and helping rather than just performing a massage. On top of him having the kindness and curiosity made us have an amazing conversation during. Which obviously allowed me to switch my mind off and relax.
