It was perfect, before starting on the process she called to confirm what I was looking to get done, hair color needed and approximately the length desired. Upon arrival, she asked if I had any pictures of what I wanted and worked from the image to give me an exact look I wanted. The braids were tight but not painful. I received many compliments on the work and look of the braids, and they still look good 24 days later.
