Perhaps in another situation Roxanne takes more pride in her work.. but I received the worst haircut I have gotten in years. It was unbalanced with zero shape or texture. My hair is pretty easy, all she had to do was follow the line & give it a trim. Instead, it was a blocky mess. Also, as other reviewers said, she is scissors happy. She cut off 350 worth of balayage. To fix this, I had to beg another hairdresser to squeeze me in for an appt where she did the layering which was another Euro 60.
