As always, I love getting a haircut at Q by Quinten. I am a happy customer!

Pros:
- friendly to chat with
- played fun music
- offered me something to drink and had a fun selection of teas
- talked about what he was doing throughout, so I felt like I knew what was going on
Cons:
- hit my head with the point of the scissors when thinning out the volume, and it still hurts days later
- caught the scissors on my ear piercings several times, once hard enough to pull one out of my ear
- gave me (and charged me for) a blow dry that wasn't part of the service I booked. I should have pushed back on this more in the room - I didn't really understand that it would be a full blow dry and not part of the quick dry service until it was already happening.
- end hair shape doesn't look like the picture I showed at the start. We had talked and agreed on a slightly longer cut that he said would be more sexy and still not have too much volume, but it actually has a lot of the volume I was trying to avoid, especially when not blow dried (which I never do at home), and it still traps heat on my neck. I really wish I hadn't taken his advice.
