A brilliant start to 2026! I made use of my birthday discount and booked a 1hr relax massage. Before I had quite some tension in my back in recent weeks, during the massage I could feel it all coming through to my shoulders, but afterwards I felt really relaxed and super positive. The masseuse was quite gentle at first, I worried if I should have booked the deep tissue therapy, but once the massage oil was applied the massage was firmer and just right to ease my tension. I enjoyed the ambience of the audio but did find some of it a bit repetitive - the only improvement I could think of and also quite a minor thing I noticed. After my session I continued relaxing with a glass of water and chat, before I went across the road for some shopping. I realized I forgot my wallet on the top of the shelf, but when I returned a different staff member assisted me in retrieving it. Very happy with the kind and professional service of the staff, and my experience in general. Will definitely be back
