You book a time slot for the appointment and you can understand that there is some kind of a delay but 45 min is way too long. Also the fact that a barber was arguing with his girlfriend for 15/20 min while you were waiting for an appointment. Not professional. I got home and had to cut some hair close to my ear because the line was not even.
