Polite welcome with a coffee. Claudio is kind and service oriented but he didn’t seemed to confident shaving me. We went through all the motions of a quality shave but in the end I was cut three times and there were still multiple areas where my hair was visibly long. I had to shave myself at home to finish it up. Keep practicing.
