I would like to differentiate between the service I received and the services I received. Claudio was an absolute gentleman. He was professional, attentive and I enjoyed my overall experience because he is such a good guy. The services I received were another matter. The blend was poor, the beard line was warped and not what I asked for, and the shave was with a machine; something I can do at home with my electric razor. Overall the experience did not offer good value for money.
