Roman did an excellent job! I had a lot of knots after a backpacking trip and he found all the trigger points. I couldn’t believe how much tension was released from one massage.

Roman really helped me with the stiffness and pain in my upper back. He also took the time to explain how I can prevent this myself. He obviously knows a lot about the human body and cares about helping others live a painfree life. I would recommend!
