My rating is based on service experience. Sabah is a wonderful person and I truly believe she can easily make friends, but this isn’t about her as a person but as a beautician.
I never had such a bad experience before in my long life.
My skin was left peeled on both arms. During the waxing, it hurt too much. And after, the pain remained for two days. My skin turned ugly shade of purple. Not one but both arms. And many hair left for which i had go again but some still remained.

Next time if you cancel an appointment let your customer know and not let them drive there unnecessarily you can cancel within the system if you don’t reach by phone
