I booked a 40-minute haircut but was in the chair for only 25 minutes. Once I got home, I noticed the cut was very uneven, with long sections of hair left behind one ear and an uneven length at the back. There’s also far too much left on top. It feels like the stylist didn’t take the time to check their work, regardless of what was discussed during the appointment.
