Steven got easily agitated and was rushing through the haircut. I booked and paid for a full haircut, he was ready to end the session after fixing up the sides as the top part was not needed because I've told him I want to keep the length. Understandable that there might of been miscommunication but a "refresh" should be expected even to keep the length, and there is no need to be snotty about the ask, especially when there was still half of the time left on the clock for the appointment..
