The session was done in a rush, taking half the time it was supposed to. There was no individual care about how the treatment is going, what progress is being made, and whether it's actually working after so many sessions. It feels like the treatment I received was very impersonal, and as if it doesn't matter whether the results are being achieved, as long as the customer pays.
