Vandaag weer een heerlijke massage van Nedra gehad, waarbij ze zoals altijd prima aanvoelde wat mijn lichaam en ik nodig hadden. Ik kan er weer even tegen, maar kijk ook alweer uit naar de volgende!

After having a horrible first experience at a different salon, Nedra was a pleasant surprise! From the moment upon entering the salon I was greeted by a gentle and reassuring energy. I also really noticed the detail and care that went into the massage. Glad to say that I left the place extremely relaxed. Will definitely return for Nedra :)

Very disappointing. On Friday evening I’ve sent 2 emails with a request to reschedule my Sunday noon appointment. No reply. On Saturday morning I called twice, although Qoqo should be open at 11am, I got an automated tape. In the afternoon I finally got a person on the line, she told me she would check with the therapist and get back to me. Never got a call back. On Saturday evening I finally got an email reply, but now they don’t understand my very clear question. They did however cancel my Sunday noon appointment?! On Sunday morning I got a call while having breakfast with a lady stating several times they never promise to call someone back and only on the defensive, no apologies or anything. I finally ended the call with requesting the appointment to be cancelled and the money refunded. This cost me a lot of time, calls and frustration and is NOT an experience you want when looking for a moment of relaxation. Very disappointed.
