Ik had alleen een massage geboekt, maar heb er spontaan een pedicure behandeling bij genomen.
Helaas is dat wat grondig aangepakt. Met een pijnlijke, open wond onder aan voet. Naar huis lopen was geen pretje.
Ik heb het twee maal aangegeven bij de, verder heel lieve dame.
En een mail verzonden.
Hoop dat er een alsnog passende compensatie wordt aangeboden.

The makeup artist was quite rude! She refused to see a picture of the makeup I would like, she wasn’t accepting any feedback and was irritated. At some point she just left, another person came to continue the makeup. She was more friendly than the previous one.
Unfortunately because of all of this the time to do the hair was short, but the hair stylist made a good job!
In the end they wanted to charge me more than the price stablished by Treatwell and that I received by email
