Nicholas is great and I enjoyed the hair treatment and the chat. However I feel like I was overall scammed: I purchased a treatment at a discounted price, knowing I might have had to eventually add a few euro based on how the treatment was developing (balyage). However I had to pay almost 100€ extra and once arrived home I received the invoice via email which basically showed they made me pay the treatment full price! So the 100€ wasn’t additional treatment but the initial discount they charged
