Je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen en begeleidt. Er wordt goed naar je geluisterd waarom je naar de Spa komt. De behandeling is vakkundig en relaxed. Na afloop ga je met een voldaan gevoel weer weg.

My beautician was very nice and friendly. I would improve: 1. give clear directions (e.g. take off your top, you can remove pants for comfort if you prefer, lay down on the bed, you can put your clothes here, etc.) this helps break the silence and make the guest feel more comfortable. 2. She should also leave the room while guest takes off clothes 3. She needs to be more firm / strong with her hands, especially the massage, otherwise if just feels like a rub, and that doesn’t do much
