Robert is a very experienced hairstylist, his cutting technique is great and he gave me the layers I was looking for, tough to do with thicker hair. I was his last client and his blow-drying technique, using a flat wide brush on wide sections of hair, instead of a large round brush on smaller sections with movement in different directions, was fast but left my hair looking helmet like, rather than airy & with movement. I rectified this at home.
