Great discovery of this year! I am currently in the middle of advised course and couldn’t be happier with results. Since it’s a combined technic I am getting a slow lymphatic massage for the whole body and a special attention to the areas which trouble me (tights, butt). Feel overall happier and toned after every session. Together with sports and balanced eating I see my body goals are approaching :)
