Sadly, the ladies did not seem to know what they were doing at all. The way they clumsily cut my hair it seemed like they had only seen a youtube video on how to cut hair. After taking about 10 mins to cut, they took an (unsolicited) 45 minutes to blow dry and straighten it so vigorously that I thought they wanted to pull out my entire hair - using a brush that was full of the hair from previous customers, and no heat protection, nonetheless. Not at all worth the 50 euros I paid for it.

Ik ga altijd ontzettend tevreden weg bij Yamel, ze besteed 100% haar aandacht. Ik ken niemand die zo goed haar kan stylen en fohnen!

Yamel kan goed knippen, kleuren, föhnen en heerlijk het hoofd masseren tijdens het wassen. Ze geeft heel goede tips voor de algehele verzorging van het haar. Ze let ook op details.
