With great reviews, I'd like to think that my experience isn't a reflection of their general work. However, they are really busy & understaffed.
One of the 2 people who worked on my nails had no mask or gloves & then stopped working after a piece covered in remover flew into his mouth. I still had old BIAB on 3 nails after the treatment.
Stations weren't properly cleaned between clients. It was supposed to take 30 minutes, but took 45.
