Poor experience, this is my third and last time. Each time I book Rosa but have two different men doing my nails. Today I arrived on time at 3.30pm and the treatment started at 4pm with no apology or explanation. The treatment is done very fast by different people with long waits between while they go to different clients, everyone also waiting a long time. The final result is poor for the price and a reflection of the service. No tea or water even offered at any poin.

Ze waren wat uitgelopen, maar kan gebeuren en zorg gewoon dat je zelf geen strakke planning hebt, want super lief verder en top behandeling, heerlijk tijdens het wachten genoten van de massage stoel :)
