The owner is quite rude. The card machine does not work, never. She ask you to go to a card point and bring cash with you for the next appointment. I was in a rush and I told her I couldn’t go to a cash point, but I could make a money transfer if that was ok, she said a very forced yes, expressing her interest for the cash, and asking again to bring 400€ cash with me for the next treatments. The hygiene is really bad, and the measures stipulated to perform a laser treatment are not followed.
